Shape with Salsa Dancing!
- LatinDance Group Classes
offer fun classes in Long Beach that will teach you to dance while
getting a great work-out at the same time. Dancing
regularly, along with a physician's advice, and a balanced diet,
is an excellent starting place for great health. Everyone is
welcome any time for our drop-in classes. It's only
