In Aug 2005, Josie opened the Josie Neglia Dance Academy in Los Angeles, CA and most of her efforts and time are now spent teaching classes and organizing workshops. With her new dance partner Jose Valencia, Josie travels both nationally and internationally teaching and performing. |

In
loving memory of Celia Cruz:
We are saddened to
announce that Celia Cruz has passed away July 16, 2003, in her home in New
Jersey. She had suffered from brain cancer and was 77 years old. After being in
a coma since Tuesday, she died shortly after 5 p.m. with her husband, Pedro
Knight, and close friends at her side.
May God bless her and please keep her wonderful music alive! Even though Celia
is in heaven, her music will be with us forever. Celia is a legend. There has
never been anyone else that has touched so many hearts with her music and made
you feel the passionate rhythm of salsa. Her spirit lives on in each of us
who dance salsa.
